Ms. Marvel / Kamala Khan is a superheroine who debuted in Captain Marvel #14 in 2013, eventually getting his own solo comic series named after the character. In early 2018, a TV series based on the character was confirmed to be in the works, fast forward to 2022, and we have Mrs. Marvel.
The TV series based on the character most recently debuted on June 28, 2022 on Disney+ to positive reviews, with critics praising the TV series’ creative visual style. All of that applause has now translated into what looks to be a second season for Marvel’s first-ever Muslim superhero to get his own solo comic book series.

Ms. Marvel Season 2 Reportedly Renewed By Disney+
Ms. Marvel faced a lot of troll attacks when it first aired when it was released in June, with the mischievous trolls doing their best to review the Iman Vellani-led TV series.
But it didn’t work out for the trolls, as Vellani’s performance was applauded by critics and fans alike for embodying the true spirit of Kamala Khan.
Now that the curtains have been drawn after an incredible performance and storyline in the first season of Mrs Marvel, it would make sense to renew a second season.

Scooper Daniel Richtman has confirmed that the Disney+ series renewal is set and complete, though his report lacks an official “yes” from Disney or Marvel Studios. This report came out conveniently just a week after the footage from Wondersa continuation of Ms. Marvelshowed Kamala Khan’s return from Vellani at the D23 Expo in Anaheim.
As exciting as it may seem to be able to see a second season of the TV show, it should be noted that Sana Amanat, head writer of the TV show has already indicated earlier that she is supposed to be a “limited series”. But hey, there’s no harm in hoping for the best.

Here’s What Iman Vellani Said About Ms. Marvel Season 2
After the immediate success of the first season, Iman Vellani must be on the alert to jump in and start filming the second season of Ms. Marvel, nNot to mention that this is the first major role of the Canadian actress of Pakistani origin in her acting career.
The 20-year-old actor is now one of the rising names in Hollywood, with her fan-favorite performance as Kamala Khan and the subsequent success of her TV series setting her up for an exciting career in the MCU.

But it seems Marvel’s seniors still treat her like a junior who just has to get the job done. Speaking to Deadline at Expo D23, Vellani had a somewhat vague answer to a question about a second season for Ms. Marvel-
“Something I heard?” … They don’t tell me anything. So you won’t hear anything…. With a bit of luck. Yeah, we need to start a petition or something, yeah.
In fairness, this answer reads like a comedy sketch of a teen comedy, which is only fitting for an actor his age. Moving on to the main point, it’s a little worrying that the star of the TV series herself has no idea of a second season, leaving the possibility of it happening to speculation.
Ms. Marvel is currently available to stream on Disney+.
