Become one of the most popular Disney+ shows, She-Hulk: Lawyer received a mixed reception despite the promising promotion. It sees the return of Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner/Hulk while introducing Tatiana Maslany as Jennifer Walters/She-Hulk.

One of the main criticisms of the show was the CGI, especially with the close-ups of She-Hulk. Some fans also found some of the show’s dialogue to be politically motivated and took to the internet to express their disappointment. This group of fans also includes Ben Shapiro.
Ben Shapiro’s take on She-Hulk
In a video released in August, Ben Shapiro criticized She-Hulk: Lawyer by calling him “woke garbage”. He then compared the show with that of Christopher Reeves Superman movies. He said:
“Remember that time when they were making funny comic book movies and not lecturing you about woke garbage, remember that… like watching the old superman movies with Christopher Reeves and thinking to yourself oh wow, there’s not much politics to this, it’s basically just superman…”

The media personality went on to slam the show’s writers, believing that they only included contrary and liberal plot points for “channeling them into dialogue”. He also took a shot at Disney and claimed to have unsubscribed from Disney+. He argued:
“Since Disney decided to go public with the fact that it was trying to indoctrinate children into LGBTQ theory more less divided by gay sign theory…I canceled my Disney+ subscription so I haven’t watched a only Disney moment more since then.”
Commonly known for his conservative and radical views, it’s no wonder the YouTuber thinks that way. He has already clashed with many topics touching the American zeitgeist and has been called out for his insensitivity and for dismissing liberal views as garbage.
Why his opinion doesn’t mean jack
While Ben Shapiro’s aggressive political bent is a red flag all on its own, the fact that he hasn’t even watched the show and is still calling it garbage is a bigger issue. He specifically pointed to a minute in the first episode where Jennifer argues with Bruce to control her anger.

He was also called out by many fans on Twitter for pointing out Virtue to his userbase and trashing the scene where Jennifer talks about the struggle to be herself and succeed.
Ben is constantly trying to capitalize on misinformation. He complained about She-Hulk while admitting he had never seen 1 episode. Let’s just say his truth is that he’s a manipulative moron who’s just jealous that he hasn’t grown up since his 12th birthday, neither physically nor mentally.
