House Of The Dragon’s Milly Alcock Marks Her Departure With BTS Images

After its fifth episode, Dragon House is set to move forward in time, replacing actors Milly Alcock and Emily Carey as Rhaenyra Targaryen and Alicent Hightower to age the characters.

The cast change for older Rhaenyra Targaryen and Alicent Hightower drew criticism from some fans who would have preferred to see Milly Alcock and Emily Carey simply grow old to continue in the roles. Alcock has been one of the highlights of the show so far, so it’s no surprise fans are sorry to see her go.
