New stunt video reveals incredibly violent scene that was eventually cut from Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness was a film that shocked audiences with its violence. Throughout the film, the film’s main antagonist, Scarlet Witch, has managed to rack up quite a high body count. The most memorable of these was when she took on the Illuminit single-handedly, killing all of its members. At one point, however, there was an even more violent fight at Kamar-Taj.
At the beginning of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Scarlet Witch attacks Kamar-Taj and single-handedly defeats all her wizards. At one point, however, this battle involved an even more graphic sequence. In a recent post, fight coordinator Liang Yang revealed a rehearsal for a fight between Scarlet Witch and the Wizards of Kamar-Taj. In the fight, the stunt doubles fight against each other and the film’s antagonist dispatches them in a very violent way that would have likely pushed the film into a hard R rating.
