Jaylen Warren joined the Pittsburgh Steelers as an undrafted free agent in 2022. He won the Final Squad on August 31, 2022, after an impressive training camp and preseason.
Warren played college football for Snow College, Utah State and Oklahoma State. As a senior at Oklahoma State, he rushed for 1,216 yards and 11 touchdowns.
He helped Snow College to an 8-3 record and a No. 9 national ranking, earning him the 2018 NJCAA National Offensive Player of the Year and NJCAA All-American First Team honors.
He rushed for 1,435 yards as a sophomore in 2018 and helped the Badgers on their trip to the Graphic Edge Bowl in Cedar Falls, Iowa.
Warren appeared in all 12 games and was second on the team in rushing yards with 569 yards on 5 touchdowns and 112 carries. He rushed for 252 yards and three touchdowns in three games while serving as the Aggies’ 2020 leader.
He had a season-high 136 rushing yards, including an 86-yard touchdown, against Fresno State. He was on the Doak Walker Award watch list before the season.
