Jerritt Elliott has an annual salary of $557,500. Texas won its fifth straight championship and 14th Big 12 championship in 2021 under Elliott.
He received $10,000 for his participation in the final and $25,000 for his victory. In addition to $5,000 for qualifying, he also received $5,000 for each victory in the competition.
Other sports incentives include $15,000 for winning the Big 12 Conference Championship, $2,000 for winning Big 12 Coach of the Year, and $5,000 for winning National Coach. of the Year from the American Volleyball Coaches Association.
During his twelve years at Texas, Elliott has consistently drawn top rookies, five Big 12 titles and two trips to the National Finals, including this year’s win over Oregon.
