This Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania producer teases the release window for the film’s first trailer.
Marvel Studios is set to wrap up Phase 4 this fall with the releases of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever in theaters as well as night werewolf and Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special on Disney+. In 2023, phase 5 will begin and the first major movie to be released will be Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.
The upcoming third entry in the The ant Man The franchise premiered its first footage at San Diego Comic-Con during Marvel Studios’ Hall H panel in July. The footage has yet to be made public, but fans should have something to look forward to in the very near future according to producer Brian Gay. Speaking with One Take News, Gay gave fans a hint about the first trailer’s release window:
“You know, I’m very excited to share this project with you early next year. So far, one thing I’ve enjoyed about this film is that we always joked that The ant Man movies run small but this one is going to get big! We were able to show some things at D23 and we’ll have some more in the fall and of course before the premiere early next year, but I will say it’s fun to have the whole family back together and they’re going to live one hell of an adventure that I think is going to feel like a real change from the previous films.
Based on what Brian Gay said above, it seems very likely that by the time Black Panther: Wakanda Forever hits theaters, fans should be able to get a first look at the third The ant Man film.
As someone who was present at San Diego Comic-Con during Marvel Studios’ Hall H panel, I had the opportunity to see the magnitude of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, and compared to the previous two, it feels more massive than the two combined. Since Scott Lang was an integral member of the Avengers in the events of End of Game, it makes sense to understand why further exploration of the Quantum Realm will have dramatic consequences – especially when Kang the Conqueror (Jonathan Majors) is involved.
