Just when you think humanity has advanced to a point of thinking where everyone, and we mean everyone is treated equally, there’s always a bunch of bigots that don’t budge. No one is immune to the bigotry of these hate groups, and actress Jamie Lee Curtis’ daughter certainly isn’t.
It is currently 2022 and members of the transgender community are still unable to live peaceful lives without discrimination from their peers and family, or even more extreme, threats from people with transphobic views. Curtis’ daughter, Ruby Guest, is a trans woman, and she’s not too fond of all the insults and threats that have been thrown at her daughter since she came out 2 years ago.

Jamie Lee Curtis worries about her trans daughter
Jamie Lee Curtis is part of a small, but important, demographic of parents who have accepted their children for who they are and love them for it, which is very rare because our society still needs a cultural overhaul. major to tolerate the existence of people from the transgender community.
Curtis’ daughter, Ruby Guest, came out with her gender identity to her parents in 2020, a moment Guest described as “scary” and “intimidatingduring an interview with People last year.
The 26-year-old is currently married to her lover Kynthia who got married in May this year. Although life may seem to have improved a bit after marriage, Guest unfortunately still suffers abuse and threats from bigots and transphobes.

Like any other parent who would come to the aid of their child, these abuse cases certainly didn’t go over well with Guest’s mother, Jamie Lee Curtis. The Halloween star recently admitted to a preview for “Halloween Ends” let her find him”creepy“-
“There are threats against his life, just to exist as a human being. There are people who want to destroy her and people like her,”
She then strikes the comparison with the “extermination of human beings”–
“It’s as if we haven’t learned anything from fascism, as if we haven’t learned what the result is. The extermination of human beings. It’s terrifying.
As a society, we still have a long way to go, it seems. Unfortunately, all of the support for the transgender community that we see on the internet doesn’t translate as much into real life as you might think, and we need to actively play our part in speaking out against transphobia in all its forms.
