New photos from the set of Madame Web giving fans a new look at the film’s main actors.
Madame Web is currently filming in New York, with Dakota Johnson and most of the film’s cast on set. The latest set photos from the movie, which were shared by the folks at Just Jared, give us a glimpse of Johnson filming his scenes alongside Sydney Sweeney, Isabela Merced and Celeste O’Connor. A separate set of Madame Web set photos show actor Tahar Rahim dressed and barefoot, sporting the exact same look as a classic Spider-Man character named Ezekiel Sims. Rahim’s character is rumored to be the main villain of the upcoming film, but his plot is being kept under wraps.
Earlier this year, Dakota Johnson shared her excitement about starring in the comic book movie. “It’s pretty cool to be in the Marvel world, especially with a character that’s not that well-known,” Johnson told Entertainment Tonight. “There is a lot of space to make it very cool. I’m really excited. I’ve always dreamed of making some sort of massive action movie.

One of Marvel’s most compelling and divisive characters hits the big screen as Oscar® winner Jared Leto transforms into the enigmatic anti-hero Michael Morbius. Dangerously afflicted with a rare blood disease and determined to save others suffering the same fate, Dr. Morbius takes a desperate gamble. What at first appears to be a drastic success, a darkness within him is unleashed and turns this healer into a hunter.
Directed by Daniel Espinosa from a script written by Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless, Morbus stars Jared Leto as the main antihero, Adria Arjona, Matt Smith, Jared Harris and Tyrese Gibson. Avi Arad and Matt Tolmach produced the film alongside Lucas Foster, with Palak Patel supervising for Sony.
