Fans went wild as the news made its way across the internet. The character of Benoit Blanc, although theorized as gay, has been confirmed by the director and screenwriter himself. Rian Johnson is infamous for directing Star Wars: The Last Jedi Episode VIII (2017) which is part of a trilogy canceled by the director. Rian Johnson wrote and directed the 2019 classic Knives out which has become one of the greatest thrillers of all time.

The film officially titled Glass onion: a mystery at loggerheads is set to release in November. Early reviews from critics have been overwhelmingly positive for the film as hype builds among fans of the franchise.
Glass Onion will likely follow its predecessor in hopes of stirring up suspense wilder than people’s imaginations. Although the movie has yet to be released, Rian Johnson along with Daniel Craig and Netflix are already working on the third part of the franchise, making it the official movie. Knives out trilogy.
