Agatha: Coven of Chaos is moving full steam ahead at Marvel Studios. In just a few days, we received a ton of information about the cast of the series. One of the actors is Place Aubrey. And the word on the streets is that she will be playing a villain in the show. Read on to find out more below!
Aubrey Plaza will play the villain in Agatha: Coven Of Chaos?

Agatha Harkness captured the hearts of viewers when she appeared on WandaVision. Played by Katheryn Han, we first saw Agatha as Wanda’s nosy neighbor, Agnes. It was only after that and thanks to the Emmy winning song “It Was Agatha All Along” that she gained popularity. And it’s not an easy feat to pull off when the hero of the story is the Scarlet Witch played by Elizabeth Olsen.
Luckily, Marvel Studios bosses recognized his talent and popularity and gave him a spin-off show. And now we have a growing list of cast members from the Han-led show. Joe Locke, Ali Ahn, Marria Dizziaand Aubrey Plaza were cast in the series.
While we don’t officially know which characters they’ll be playing, there are rumors that Joe Locke will be playing Wanda’s son. Billy Kaplan/Wiccan and Aubrey Plaza will be the villain of the show. Scooper Grace Randolph also hinted at Plaza’s villainous role.
What character could Aubrey Plaza play in the series?
Morgan le Fay
There has been no official confirmation regarding the role she might play. But according to fan theories, Aubrey Plaza could play Morgan le Fay in Agatha: Coven of Chaos. In the pages of Marvel comics, Morgan le Fay is an immortal fairy supervillain.
She is a powerful magician and has a deep connection to the Darkhold. Interestingly, Doctor Doom is one of his love interests and she is also the mother of his child, Caroline. As such, Aubrey could become a mainstay in the MCU and possibly play half of the evil power couple with Doctor Doom.
Plus, if she does indeed play Morgan le Fay, her connection to the Darkhold could help bring Elder God-turned-evil Chthon to the show. And maybe shenanigans worrying about her sons could bring Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch?
