It looks like another project will soon join Secret Invasion, Echo, Blade, Thunderbolts, and other MCU projects in development. Marvel is reportedly planning a new project that will involve the US government. It will supposedly be led by Valentina Allegra de Fontaine starting a war against Wakanda. Check out the tweet below:

Valentina Allegra de Fontaine has appeared in two projects so far. One is The Falcone and The Winter Soldier and the other is Black Widow (post-credits scene). Julia Louis-Dreyfus has portrayed the character both times, and she’s also been confirmed to star in the MCU’s Thunderbolts movie which hits theaters on July 26, 2024.

For now, this project is only a rumor, but it is possible that Black Panther: Wakanda Forever could mount it. After all, there were rumors that Valentina Allegra de Fontaine would appear in the film. Given that Wakanda will open its borders (or maybe not by the end of the movie), so the conflict could be about the government wanting to get Vibranium (the most precious metal on MCU land) and invade Wakanda. because of this.
With Lightning project in development also, it is quite possible that they will make the call for tenders of the American government. It will be an interesting project if done well and also seems to be ripe for controversy. Some fan theories say that Valentina could mislead the government and cause the rift between the two nations.
