Before the release of 2016 dead Pool, Ryan Reynolds has officially joined Instagram and Facebook. The actor who didn’t have a social media presence quickly rose to fame for his active and humorous online presence on Twitter and Instagram. Now, as he’s set to star in the sequel to his 2016 film, the free guy star has officially joined Tumblr. Following the Twitter acquisition of Elon Musk, the actor took to Tumblr to stay in touch with his fans and give them some insight into his MCU debut with Dead Pool 3.
The actor is set to make his MCU debut with friend and co-star Hugh Jackman in Dead Pool 3. The film is in production and fans are eagerly awaiting the film. Dead Pool 3 would also be Hugh Jackman’s official entry into the cinematic universe as Wolverine. The duo shared the news via YouTube about a month ago.

Ryan Reynolds officially joins Tumblr
Elon Musk took over the social media platform Twitter in October. Shortly after its acquisition, the billionaire presented a series of changes in the platform. While some people support the Tesla co-founder, many don’t favor the changes. Marvel star Ryan Reynolds doesn’t seem to be in favor of the changes either as the Deadpool star joins Tumblr.
The red notice star shared his first post on the microblogging platform. He shared two animated images from the 2016 movie Deadpool with a caption saying, “Oh hi, Tumblr.The image shows Deadpool joking around with Negasonic Teenage Warhead, who is busy doing something on his phone.
“Oh no, finish posting your Ryan Reynolds fanfiction. There you go, reblog it,” the pictures mention. The quote refers to most activity on Tumblr, as the social networking platform includes a lot of fan-made content.
Fans welcome the Canadian-American actor to the platform and share their excitement in Reynold’s comments section. The Adam Project star is still active on his other social media accounts. While the Just friends The actor hasn’t said anything about the controversial Twitter changes, his decision to join Tumblr is now seen as a statement against Twitter’s new direction.

Ryan Reynolds to Receive Icon Award at 2022 People’s Choice Awards
Ryan Reynolds has been in the industry for almost three decades. The The Green Lantern star made his Hollywood debut with the 1993 film, ordinary magic. The actor has since played multiple roles and will be honored for his contributions to film and television at the 2022 People’s Choice Awards.
The 46-year-old actor will receive the Icon Award at the awards ceremony. Reynolds is also nominated for the Male Movie Star and Comedy Movie Star categories for The Adam Project.
According to NBCUniversal, the 2022 People’s Choice Award will take place on December 6 at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, Calif.
Ryan Reynolds’ MCU debut Dead Pool 3 is set to release on November 8, 2024.
