David Zaslav talks about bringing back the Harry Potter franchise
As reported by VarietyWB CEO plans to relaunch the Harry Potter franchise rather than focusing on any of its spinoffs.
“We haven’t had a “Superman” movie in 13 years. We haven’t made a “Harry Potter” movie in 15 years. DC films and “Harry Potter” films provided a large portion of Warner Bros.’ profits. Motion Pictures over the past 25 years.”
When Zaslav said there had been no Harry Potter movies over the past 15 years, fans might be confused because Fantastic Beasts: Dumbledore’s Secrets just released this year. In other words, it doesn’t give them enough money, and Zaslav is ready to cut anything that isn’t good for the business. That said, the last two fantastic beasts movies could be in danger.

Fantastic Beasts sequels could be on the back burner for a while
There has been so much controversy surrounding the spin-off franchise from the start. Besides Rowling’s attacks on the trans community, Ezra Miller also had his own scandalous escapades. The actor portrayed Credence Barebone in the 2016 fantastic beasts and where to find them.
