People often develop a rather distorted perception of celebrities as they place them on a certain pedestal and see them in a different light than others. And while that perception is harmless most of the time, it tends to change things when fans meet their favorite stars in real life outside of the movies, and they end up forgetting that celebrities too, like everyone else, cherish their personal space.
Something similar happened with The hunger Games actress Jennifer Lawrence, who ended up in a bar fight with one of her fans when he tried to invade her personal space and tricked her into taking a picture even after she asked him not to. The Passengers the actress also went into painstaking detail about the same a few years ago when she appeared on the popular chat show, Late Night with Seth Meyersas she was talking about the whole incident.

Jennifer Lawrence fought in a bar with a fan
Jennifer Lawrence is often known for playing the role of Katniss Everdeen in the dystopian sci-fi film, The hunger Games (2012), based on the trilogy of novels of the same name by Suzanne Collins. But the world’s highest-paid actress in 2015-2016 also made headlines a few years ago after she got involved in a nasty fight at a bar in Budapest.
Lawrence had traveled to the Hungarian capital for the filming of a spy/thriller moviered sparrow when she had ventured into a bar one night there with some of her friends. The X-Men: First Class The actress had been drinking with her company when a fan approached the group, asking Lawrence to take a selfie with him.

The drunk Oscar-winning actress politely refused to take a photo with her fan but apparently the man kept insisting, and when Lawrence and his friends asked him to leave, he waved and said “kiss my ass” to Lawrence, which in turn angered the latter and led to an argument between the two.
So don’t mess with a drunk Lawrence. Noted.

On Late Night with Seth MeyersLawrence opened up on the details of her fight at a bar in Budapest as she explained how she lost her temper when a fan swore at her for not taking a picture with him.
“We were in a bar, it was Beer Night. We had a ton of beers, we were all drinking; I was drunk, which is rare. I was drunk and this guy asked me for a selfie. And I I was like, ‘No. Thanks, no. And then he was like, ‘Please, my girlfriend will never believe you.’ And my friend was like, ‘If your girlfriend won’t believe you, then she’s not the one.’ And so we were like, ‘Go away.’ And then he’s like, ‘Yeah, well, fuck off.’ “

Laurent admitted that “something broke” inside her when she heard the man say that to her, but she also noticed that it wasn’t the alcohol that had fueled her irritation.
“I don’t know, something inside me just cracked, but it couldn’t have been the alcohol. And I was just like, ‘Did you just tell me fuck off?’ And then I grabbed him, and I had some beers, and I started squirting them all over him. And then he was… strangely, he had a suitcase. And I was like, ‘Is this your shit?’ And I started pouring beer on his suitcase. And then my friend Chris walked over, grabbed me from behind, he said, ‘Don’t waste beer. Don’t waste the beer. And I instantly relaxed. I was like ‘Sure, what was I thinking?’
Perhaps the funniest part of it all is that when the Pavement star calmed down at the end, it was due to the idea of not wasting beer anymore. Lawrence also mentioned how the fan ended up crying after that, but hey, at least we know how dedicated she is to saving beer.
