Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, which was the last Phase Four film for Marvel Studios, did an impressive job. The film’s box office earnings have led many to speculate about a trio in the Black Panther franchise. Black Panther Star Lupita Nyong’o who played Nakia in the first two films suggested Idris Elba when asked who should be included in the third film.
Idris Elba, who played Heimdall in the Thor franchise, is a very talented actor. Asked about a return to the Marvel Universe after the death of the Guardian of Bifrost. Elba was enthusiastic about reprising his role as the Norse god.

Black Panther star wants Idris Elba in Black Panther 3
With the great success that black panther 2 made in theaters, fans are already waiting for a third installment in the franchise. The same was discussed in an interview with E News with Lupita Nyong’o, who played Nakia in the Black Panther franchise. When asked who would she like to see in the third film, the actor revealed the name of Idris Elba.
“Why not? Idris should be in everything”, Nyong’o explained when asked the reason.
The Suicide Squad The actor was familiar with the Marvel Cinematic Universe, having played the character of a Norse god Heimdall, who guarded Bifrost. The actor even reprized his cameo role in the post-credits of the recent Thor: Love and Thunder film. Jane Foster is taken in by Heimdall after her death from breast cancer, taking her last breath in the arms of the thunder god.

If Idris Elba happened to jump from the Thor franchise and start playing a new character in the nation of Wakanda, surprisingly, the actor wouldn’t be the first to play different characters in the Marvel Universe.

Gemma Chan, who played the notable role of Sersi in Eternalswas cast as the villainous Minerva in Captain Marvel like his debut in MCU. Before landing a role in Shan-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, Michelle Yeoh briefly appeared in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.
Even Laura Haddock did it as a good fan asking for an autograph in The first avenger before playing Peter Quill’s mother, Meredith in the guardians of the galaxy franchise. Matt Gerald was another such actor, who played both Melvin Potter and White Power Dave.
If Idris Elba ends up appearing in the Black Panther franchise, it wouldn’t be surprising if the film ended up being a blockbuster credited with the actor’s appearance.
