Tom Holland has hinted he’ll be leaving the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) after the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home, opening the door for Miles Morales to join the fight, but it would be a big mistake for Marvel Studios to kill of Peter Parker at this point in the series. Holland made his Captain America: Civil War debut as a wall-crawler after Tony Stark scouted him as a potential Avenger. After a brilliant start, he returned to the character of Peter for Spider-Man: Homecoming and had a significant role in Avengers: Infinity War, where he faced off against the Mad Titan himself. Peter returns for his second solo adventure, kicking off Phase 4 of the MCU in Far From Home. And finally, he made an appearance in No Way Home, sharing the screen with his brothers from different universes.
Peter will die in his next trilogy
According to insiders, Marvel is getting ready to kill Peter Parker in his next trilogy so that Miles can succeed him as 616 Spider-Man. In the next Spider-Man movie, Marvel and Sony may feature Miles alongside Tom Holland as a supporting character. Miles might not get his superpowers until the last Dutch movie, under contract. If reports are to be believed, Marvel has been working on it ever since Miles’ uncle Aaron Davis, also known as The Prowler, was introduced during Homecoming.
It would be a big mistake
As important as Peter Parker is to the world of Marvel comics, Tom Holland might be even more crucial to the current success of the MCU. Avengers: Endgame was a clear indication that the studio began to distance itself from franchise creators like Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, and Scarlett Johansson. Marvel Studios and Disney have made a lot of money from these names, so they’re undoubtedly taking a big risk — a key risk — in shifting the franchise’s focus to the next generation of superheroes.
Tom Holland is a well-known actor, so killing him wouldn’t be good for either the studio or the public. As in 2018 Spiderman PS4 GameMiles and Peter can coexist.
Peter’s Death in The Ultimate Comics
In the Ultimate Timeline (Earth-1610), Spider-Man sacrifices himself to save Captain America, who had been shot by The Punisher, who later regretted killing Spidey and surrendered.
Spider-Man continued the battle after his gunshot wound was ruled non-fatal, eventually coming face to face with the Sinister Six, whom he overcomes after a long struggle in which his wounds took their toll. Just when it looked like he was going to survive the experience, a nearby truck explodes, severely injuring him and ultimately resulting in his death.
Naturally, Miles Morales is motivated to take on the responsibilities of Spider-Man after his death.
