“This is a spectacular apartment where quite simply, what you see is what you get. The double-height great room has a real “wow factor” and offers unobstructed and ever-changing views of the sunset over the Hudson River and New York Harbor.”
The eighth floor consists of four guest bedrooms with bathrooms, a library, a powder room and a terrace offering an incredible view of the river. Arriving on the ninth floor, we come across a fairly large double-height room sharing the space with a kitchen, dining room, and gas fireplace lending a warm yet charming ambience. And the top floor is entirely given over to the exquisite master suite with a spa bath, walk-in closet and even a sauna! Meanwhile, walls of glass surround the entire apartment with each floor connected by a spiral staircase.
Obviously, being the Wolverine is proving to be a glorious undertaking for Jackman.

The greatest showman star with his wife, Deborra-Lee Furness, an Australian actress and producer, closed the penthouse at 100 11th Avenue last August after putting their former home on the market in July. The apartment rests inside “a condominium of steel and glass” and although it has less square footage than the couple’s previous residence, it has approximately 4,000 square feet of outdoor space, as well as a beautiful rooftop terrace and sun deck overlooking the captivating cityscape as well as the hudson river.
With high ceilings and glass walls, the penthouse features three bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of luxury amenities. So it’s certainly as good a win as Jackman’s previous home.
