In an interview with Vanity Fair, he talks about Alzheimer’s disease and how he plans to pursue his career with the possibility of having the disease in the future.

Speaking to Vanity Fair, Chris Hemsworth shared that working on Limitless made him realize he wasn’t ready to leave just yet. He further said, “I want to sit and be in this space with a greater sense of calm and gratitude.”

The Australian actor then said he had finished his current show Unlimited and once he is done with the tour, he plans to return home. Not only that he also worked to wrap up the upcoming projects that he had already been hired for.

Chris Hemsworth would continue to play after a short break

Marvel Studios has yet to announce anything regarding Thor’s future in the MCU. However, there are possibilities that it appears in Avengers: Kang Dynasty Where Avengers: Secret Wars. For now, Chris Hemsworth has confirmed that he has no plans to leave the industry anytime soon.
Hemsworth’s upcoming films include Extraction 2 and Furiosa. Extraction 2 is a sequel to the 2020 Netflix movie Extraction and will be released in 2023. The release date of Extraction 2 is not yet disclosed. Furiosa is a 2016 spin-off Mad Max: Fury Roadwhich is scheduled for release on May 24, 2024.
