The former Formula 1 driver still lives in his home town of Pauda, Italy. Pauda is well known as one of the famous historical towns in northern Italy.
As the 68-year-old former runner is still very fit and active, he now devotes himself more to his hobbies, such as skiing, tennis, golf and horse riding.
Although Riccardo leads a comfortable life, he dislikes attending large family dinners, large parties, and visiting crowded vacation spots.
Thus, he spends his holidays every winter and every summer in Cortina d’Ampezzo, Dolomiti. As the place is far from the crows and the noises of the city, he prefers to spend his time here.
Riccardo also attends small meetings with his old friends. He finds pleasure in spending time with only those closest to him.
However, Riccardo seems to live a satisfying life with his family, often seen traveling with them and attending VIP matches.
