Following Kieran’s accusation that his wife spent the night with him, Shane was seen parking the model’s Range Rover outside his house on May 12, 2018. However, Shane appeared to have cold feet and stopped seeing Katie when their relationship was made public.

A similar type of the incident happened in 2017 when pictures of Duffy with an English mum, Daniella Francesca, surfaced online. Following this, he had to separate from his former girlfriend, Catherine Carlin.
Daniella had posted a photo of the naked ex-Everton ace, 25, with the caption: ‘When Shane Duffy won’t come home.’
At the time, Francesca also recalled how Duffy repeatedly assured her he was single and never brought up having a girlfriend.
After the cheating allegations, Daniella explained that she met Duffy at a Brighton nightclub when the Brighton squad were celebrating his promotion. Duffy then spent the night at Daniella’s house, but when she couldn’t wake him the next day, she began to worry.
West Sussex resident Daniella had deleted the social media post, but not before her friends gave her 60 likes and 50 comments. However, it was too late, as Duffy’s girlfriend Catherine Carlin knew about the incident.
