The vaccine mandate rule is taking new twists and turns every passing day. The vaccination mandate was done to achieve the 100 percent vaccination rate in the United States.
Florida Judge Opposes Vaccine Mandate Rule After Georgia
Since the initial days of the vaccine mandate rule by President Joe Biden, many states are opposing the rule and hence creating a big huddle to achieve the feat of a fully vaccinated country.
The vaccine rule came into effect during the month of September when the White House administration announced that all the health care workers, private employees, and Government Contractors have to follow the rule and get themselves vaccinated in order to work further.
Although the Government also allowed counseling the citizens who were refraining themselves to get vaccinated.
Many big states including California, New Texas, Florida opposed the rule and filed a lawsuit against the Federal Government and the 5th circuit court ruled in favor of the states and banned the vaccine mandate rule in the States.
The judges called the rule an unlawful act and it will suppress the basic rights of the citizens and the state government also argued that it is against the law as providing medical facilities is a state matter and we can offer good health care facilities to our citizens.
Earlier this week when President Joe Biden wrote a letter to the Supreme court to authorize the vaccine rule in the United States on the grounds of rising omicron cases, the court allowed the vaccine mandate rule and directed all the states to follow the same.
The White House Administration stated to the judge that vaccination is the only best method to safeguard our lives and our authorities are working for the betterment of our citizens.
Now after this approval, a federal Florida Judge has again blocked the vaccine mandate rule for the contractors that work directly with the Central Government. Now, this is a major setback for the Federal Government.
The Judge has even filed a lawsuit to reverse this rule and not suppress the basic rights of the citizens in the United States. He stated that this is against the law and The White House doesn’t have any right to issue any rule that will hurt the rights of the people.
A judge from Georgia also passed the same law and blocked the vaccine mandate rule of the Federal Government and following the footprints, Florida also took the same route.
The cases of the Covid 19 in the United States have surpassed more than 140,000 average daily cases and these types of restrictions will invite cases further. Out of these cases, almost 75 percent of the infected persons have been detected from the Omicron variant and this new strain has already become the dominant version of covid 19 in less than a month and the further rise in the cases will lead to more hospital admissions and deaths if people won’t get fully vaccinated or receive the booster shots after becoming eligible.
