Medical experts and economists are claiming the fact that the severity might be low but the level of cases will disrupt the economy. The US President stated that he is not in the favor of lockdown but if the situation demands tough decisions will be taken.

The leading vaccine developer Pfizer has also stated that even after booster shots, there will be a need for the third complete dose of vaccine and by the end of the year 2022, the demand for the fourth vaccine will rise for the entire population.
The CEO of Pfizer also claimed that the pandemic is not going anywhere till 2024 and it also depends on how people will react to the vaccination and how easily we can vaccinate our population.
The booster shot has already played an important role in providing extra protection and security to the people in the United States and the medical agencies are able to cover almost 35 percent of the US population which is less than the expected rate analyzed by the medical experts in the US.
It must be noted that Israel was the first country to come up with the booster shots for its citizens and now as per the news, the country has already started working on the fourth dose of vaccine and in the initial stage, the vaccine will be made available to the citizens above 60 years and also, all the health care workers and frontline workers will be covered as they are more vulnerable to the new variants.
Even in the United States, many health care experts are stating that keeping in mind the current scenario, the need for the fourth dose of the covid 19 vaccine will arise in the upcoming months, might be just after the next wave of omicron variant.
