Covid Vaccines Works Fine Even When You Don’t Experience Side Effects

Many people wonder if the vaccines they have taken for Covid 19 are working properly, and this is especially true when people do not feel any side effects after taking the vaccines. However, a recent study has shown that vaccines work perfectly well even if you do not see any side effects like fever and fatigue.

Many people notice a significant change in their body immediately after taking the vaccine. They may experience pain in the body or fatigue and slight fever due to the effect of the vaccine.

In most cases, such side effects are completely normal, and they are usually seen within a few hours after taking the vaccines. This is true with any vaccine and not specific to the Covid vaccine.

There is no need to treat such side effects in a majority of cases, and the symptoms subside on their own after a few days. This is also a good indication that the vaccine has triggered the immune system in your body. In this way, there is nothing to worry about the side effects of vaccines.

However, some people do not experience any side effects at all, and they wonder if the vaccine is working for them. There is no need to worry as it is also normal not to experience any side effects.

As part of the research, more than 200 healthcare workers were examined for antibodies against the coronavirus after taking both doses of vaccines. The results were compared with the presence of any covid antibodies before taking the vaccines.

The most common side effect was some pain in the arm where the shot was given, which was consistent with nearly 90% of the participants.

It is interesting to note that most people have experienced stronger side effects after the second dose. When it comes to symptoms of fatigue, nearly 40% of the participants reported such side effects after the first dose. On the other hand, almost 60% of participants reported such side effects after the second dose.

Similarly, about 30% of the participants complained of body pain after the first dose, and about 50% of the participants complained of similar symptoms after the second dose. It is also interesting to note that female participants who were lower weight had more side effects than others in the group.

However, when the level of antibodies was compared among the participants, there was no connection between the side effects or its severity and the presence of antibodies. This was checked one month after taking the vaccines, and almost all the participants had similar levels of Covid antibodies.

The researchers are also working on ideas that can help them to develop vaccines in the future that cause a few side effects. Apart from that, they are also continuing the studies to identify any changes in antibody levels of all the participants in the long term. In this way, they can arrive at a clear conclusion if the vaccines work well even when there are no side effects.

Experiencing side effects is normal after taking any vaccines, and it happens to most people irrespective of age and gender. However, most of the side effects are mild, and they often subside without the need for any medication.

Only in extreme cases when people are allergic to the components of the vaccine, serious symptoms are noticed. In that situation, treating them with proper medication will be more than enough to reduce the side effects.

For this reason, health experts often suggest waiting at the clinic or vaccination center for a few minutes after taking the vaccines. In this way, timely medical treatment can be given in case of extreme side effects.
