Breakups are one of the elements many viewers of the American series The Bachelor would like to watch as it is full of drama. We have seen alot of messy breakups in the show and just when we thought that breakups in the series cannot be more messier, came the shocking news of finalist Susie Evans breaking up with her partner Clayton Echard.
The last episode of the Bachelor was so full of drama and for anyone who has been shipping Clayton and Susie, the episode must have been heartbreaking. But it looks like Susie and Clayton had different ideas about their relationship.

Well, the news of your man had been intimate with other women is not a news that any woman would be able to brush off easily. Susie might have had a one-man woman idea of their relationship whereas for Clayton it was sleeping and loving two women just before becoming a one-woman man.
When the breakup is still the hot topic that everyone wants to discuss, Clayton has come forward to tell about his part in the whole drama. “I’m embarrassed. I knew that this moment was coming. I’d kind of alluded to it in previous weeks. I’m not exactly shocked by the reactions online”.

Well, you would not be shocked if you know that you just broke the heart of a woman who was in love with you and it is basic knowledge that everyone will side with a broken heart. Clayton who has been getting alot of criticism because of his actions and being unfaithful towards Susie, said that alot of people is favoring her side and he totally understand it.
Clayton even has the audacity to defend his action by saying that sex is an important part for him in a relationship and he cannot get engaged to someone if there’s no sexual chemistry between them. But that still doesn’t make sense, because if he wants to know about his sexual chemistry with Susie Evans, why would he sleep with the two other two girls, Gabby Windey and Rachel Recchia.
Clayton Echard also addressed that he hasn’t gaslighted Susie Evans by saying he wasn’t gaslighting her and he looked up the term and wasn’t doing it. But for anyone who has seen the episode, it was pretty obvious that Clayton was trying to gaslight Susie.
Then Clayton went on and on saying that he even had some dangerous thoughts that this was all just Susie’s drama to get out of his relationship and she is trying to be the next bachelorette.
It looks like Clayton is trying very hard to make things favorable to him and is not gaslighting Susie, but also the audience. Whether Clayton or Susie is the right one in the breakup is a separate topic of discussion but the audience is happy with the interesting dramas unfolding before them.
