Ozark season 4 part 2 (yes, part 2, not Ozark season 5) is rapidly approaching, with just a few weeks until the last seven episodes are released on Netflix. Following a brief teaser, the first full-length trailer is now out, and it appears to provide a huge spoiler about what’s to come — though, of course, anything may happen when those episodes are released. What is certain is that danger awaits.
Ozark Season 4 Part 2 Release Date
The first instalment of the 14-part series was ultimately released in January. If you’re wondering when you’ll be able to get your hands on the last seven tense episodes, you’re in luck.
Ozark season 4 premiered with part 1 on January 21, 2022, and season 2 will follow on April 29, 2022. This is just a few months after the initial set of episodes aired.
Ozark Season 4 Part 2 Cast
Many known faces will return in Season 4 Part 2, while others will not. Sheriff John Nix (Robert C. Treveiler), Frank Cosgrove Sr. (John Bedford Lloyd), Darlene Snell (Lisa Emery), and Wyatt Langmore all died in Part 1. (Charlie Tahan).
The remainder of the important players are still on the board in terms of surviving. Part 2 will include the return of Jason Bateman as Marty Byrde and Laura Linney as Wendy Byrde, as well as their children Charlotte and Jonah, played by Sofia Hublitz and Skylar Gaertner, respectively.
After the death of her cousin Wyatt, tensions between Julia Garner’s Ruth Langmore and the Byrdes are hotter than ever, and she still has a key role to play in her revenge against the cartel.
Despite their past, she can count Joseph Sikora’s Frank Cosgrove Jr. as an ally, thus we’ll probably see him again. Jessica Frances Dukes’ Special Agent Maya Miller, who arrested Felix Solis’ Omar Navarro, appears to have some unfinished business as well.
In terms of the cartel members, Navarro is in prison, while his nephew Javier Elizonndro (Alfonso Herrera) is in command of the entire organisation and has reached a deal with the FBI.
Bruno Bichir, who portrayed Navarro’s priest, also survived the season. Herrera and Solis are both series regulars in Season 4, while Bichir is a recurrent character, so they’ll all be back for Part 2.
Ozark Season 4 Part 2 Plot
Plot information are few at the moment, but it’s simple to guess on what Ozark season 4 part 2 may bring. For one thing, Ruth is sure to do something radical following Wyatt’s death, putting her squarely in Javi’s crosshairs.
“The new season will chronicle the last chapter in the Byrde family’s journey from suburban Chicago life to their criminal operation in the Ozarks,” according to the official storyline synopsis for season 4.

The cartel will continue to be a serious issue. Javi isn’t a fan of the Byrdes, but his arrangement with the FBI may have made him feel better.
That might change if Ruth takes action, and with his mother Camilla poised to enter the fight, Javi’s next move is unknown. Furthermore, Navarro may be in jail, but he’s likely still angry with Marty and Wendy for breaking their deal to release him.
Then there’s Mel Sattam, a private investigator who is now in contact with Maya Miller — how that plays out is anyone’s guess.
