For the wedding, the couple and their guests stay in luxury lodgings. Guests to Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker’s wedding are preceding hotels in favor of luxurious boats and villas.
According to sources, the superyachts Regina D’Italia and Fatima and a nearby Olivetta villa complex are where the 50-person wedding party will stay for the big occasion.
The Regina D’Italia, sold by fashion designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana in 2019, is a 65m superyacht valued at over $50 million. In contrast, the Fatima is a smaller vessel, measuring 35m, and still owned by Dolce & Gabbana.
All About the Superyachts Kourtney Kardashian And Travis Barker Are Using At Their Wedding
The Regina D’Italia, according to Yacht Charter Fleet, can accommodate up to 14 people in 7 apartments created by Italian design studio Codecasa. The boat boasts an elevator and a swimming pool, but it also has a beauty parlor on board.
According to SuperYacht Times, Fatima can accommodate up to ten people. Mauro Micheli of Officina Italiana Design designed the interior.
On Saturday, the Kardashian-Jenners and other guests left the Fatima for the pre-wedding lunch celebration at the Abbey of San Fruttuoso, a small maritime hamlet only accessible by ship or foot.
The two huge boats were decked up in hundreds of beautiful white flowers for the wedding. Because there were so many flowers, a special ship was used to bring them to the yacht.
Along with the two ships, Kourtney Kardashian and Travis‘ guests are sleeping at the Dolce and Gabbana-owned Olivetta Villa in Portofino, boasting a series of hillside villas overlooking the lake. A private direct elevator to the complex is included in the visitors’ stay.
The Afterparty Was Held In The Villa San Bartolomeo
On Saturday, the bridal party changed into their party attire and arrived at the Portofino port in six Riva boats. For the dinner and celebration, they went to Villa San Bartolomeo, one of the several villas in the complex.
The boats weren’t the only lodgings decked up in roses: a 300m hallway extending from the port elevator entry to the beautiful home was lined with specially planted red roses. Because the wedding is taking place on the coast of Portofino, multiple boats will be employed during the week. PEOPLE has confirmed that six unique wood Riva boats will transport the party between the superyachts and the mainland. There are also three smaller boats for tenders and extra yacht tenders.
It’s no surprise that a 200-person crew has been organizing for weeks ahead of Kardashian and Barker’s special day for a destination wedding of this caliber.
Following a “practice wedding” in Vegas in April and a legal ceremony in Santa Barbara earlier this month, The Kardashians star, 43, and the musician, 46, are remarrying in Italy. The event was held at L’Olivetta, a Dolce & Gabbana-owned property in Portofino. Castello Brown, a 16th-century fortress, will host the reception.
