Ezra Miller, the protagonist of the next DCEU film, the flash, managed to get framed for another crime that propelled them into the limelight and top of the headlines. The actor had been at the center of public attention with his increasingly volatile actions and for constantly managing to find himself in stranger situations than the last. Miller, who is currently charged with burglary, was identified and located by Vermont police after the latter filed a report on the matter on May 1.

Controversies Surrounding Ezra Miller Continue
On May 1, 2022, Vermont State Police were notified of a burglary that occurred at a residence in Stamford when the owners were not present at the scene. After investigation, several liquor bottles were found missing. After identifying Miller from surveillance footage, police were able to charge them with burglary.
The actor has made headlines for the past few years following his erratic behavior after racking up two separate charges of assault and harassment in bars in Hawaii. They were also charged with a restraining order by Tokata Iron Eyes’ parents who raised their suspicions about Ezra Miller allegedly kidnapping and caring for the former.

In April 2020, Miller was accused of choking a woman outside a pub in Reykjavik, Iceland, while he was there during the filming of Fantastic Beasts: Dumbledore’s Secrets (the video of this incident had gone viral on social networks). Exactly two years ago, they were also charged with trespassing by the German public prosecutor’s office in Berlin in April 2022 after entering the home of an acquaintance, Nadia, and displaying unstable behavior.
Currently, the non-binary actor is accused of harboring a 25-year-old woman and her three children at their Stamford home who allegedly owned firearms and a cannabis farm.

Warner Bros. Still Silent on Miller’s Green Light Film
Ezra Miller rose to prominence at an early age with groundbreaking and radically acclaimed roles in films such as We need to talk about Kevin (2011) and Charlie’s world (2012). With a remarkable introduction to the wizarding world as Credence Barebone in fantastic beasts and where to find themthey served as a major antagonist in Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald and continued on a trilogy appearance in Dumbledore’s Secrets.

However, that’s not the only association the actor has with Warner Bros. Miller had been cast as Barry Allen aka The Flash in Zack Snyder. Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Justice League. But the controversies around the actor have sparked a growing public outcry demanding his removal from the franchise. David Zaslav, CEO and Chairman of Warner Bros. Discovery, remained adamant about pursuing the flash saying,
“We saw ‘The Flash’, ‘Black Adam’ and ‘Shazam 2.’ We’re very excited about them. We’ve seen them. We think they’re great and we think we can make them even better.

Waiting, the flash star received a subpoena from the Vermont State Police asking him to appear in Vermont Superior Court on September 26 to be arraigned.
