When the parents of a Sandy Hook shooting victim became embroiled in a libel damages lawsuit, a large number of text messages were inadvertently passed on to the opposing attorney. Among them were the texts including the illicit photo.
A nude photo of Erika Wulff-Jones, Alex’s wife, was among the text messages Jones’ legal team unwittingly gave Roger, according to Mark Bankston, who spoke to The Young Turks on Monday.
Mark expressed concern that Wulff-Jones had not provided consent for the photo to be distributed and mentioned that many jurisdictions have laws that prohibit the non-consensual distribution of personal images.
Erika told Insider she was unaware of the text conversation, but she didn’t seem worried about blaming her spouse.

Erika admitted to Insider, “Honestly, I had no idea this had happened. I’m sure that conversation involved some form of bragging about my wife’s attraction.
“Sending the image to someone without my knowledge was an abuse of power, and I find that annoying. However, that’s currently the least of my worries,” Erika continued.
The Austin Statesman reports that Alex and his wife, Erika, married in 2017 and had a child. Although their marriage may have suffered from the incident, there was no mention of a divorce in the media.
Although Erika didn’t bring up the issue and it might take a while to do so, Alex may have apologized for her mistake.
