After witnessing fans’ relentless campaign to see Henry Cavill return as Superman, Dwayne Johnson even responded to a tweet speculating about the possibility of seeing Black Adam and Superman face off, stating that he listens to fans and what they want.

Black Adam Reshoots Revive Superman Hopes
With a blockbuster movie so close to release, reshoots are the norm and black adam seems to be stuck in them too. The CEO of Warner Bros. Discovery’s David Zaslav is said to have “reset” the universe, these reshoots could be bigger than expected.

The film goes through reshoots to include a new post-credits scene that will introduce a “new element in Johnson’s place in the DC Universe. With Superman being a longtime rival to Black Adam in the comics and being the DCEU’s top dog for a while, could be the “new element”.

Fans believe this could be the chance to see Henry Cavill return, as the director of black adam has previously stated that Black Adam never learns who Superman is at the end of the film, the post-credits may be a loophole in his statement.
