Recently, Jessica Gao, the creator and editor-in-chief of She-Hulk The series explained how it hoped to bring together many characters under one roof. She said there were many they couldn’t bring that were comics and had rights issues while some requests were turned down by Marvel saying they had “other plans”.
“There were a lot of comic book characters – we wanted a lot of comic books for characters in funny situations where we could bring like a character and think of funny reasons why they would get in legal trouble. But there were a lot of characters from the comics that we couldn’t use either because of a rights issue or a few times because Marvel… all they said was they had d other plans. And that’s all they told us. And then we tried very, very hard to push and push and get a little bit more information. Of course, they wouldn’t tell us.

Jessica Gao has expressed her desire to want this character permanently on the show, but couldn’t because Marvel had “other plans.” Although Marvel hasn’t said anything about the plans they have for which characters, it still sounds like why. She-Hulk couldn’t cast Spider-Man, and Marvel saying “other plans”, (sounds suspicious).
“But I will say the one MCU character that really pissed off a lot of the writers in our play that we couldn’t use was Spider-Man and everyone involved – like in the Spider-Man universe. Because we had so many Spider-Man fans in the room.

Without forgetting how Spider-Man: No Coming Home puts an abrupt end to the whole Spider Man franchise. So it definitely would have complicated things if Peter Parker had made an appearance. It’s safe to assume that Marvel might have plans for our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, to erase the set No coming home ordeal and show Peter Parker in a new light.
Marvel never likes to play halfway and always has one shock or another in store for its fans.
