Todd Spiewak was born on January 19, 1977 in Boston, Massachusetts, United States. Little is known about his early life as he keeps this information private.
After graduating from a high school in his hometown, he enrolled at Boston University and in 1999 earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in graphic design. Spiewak then moved to New York to find better career options for his profession.
