A new behind-the-scenes image of the next Marvel Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 reveals Zoe Saldana in Gamora costume.
Gamora’s role in the upcoming guardians of the galaxy The film has been shrouded in mystery since the release of Avengers: Endgame. While Gamora’s life was sacrificed by Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War in exchange for the Soul Stone, a version of the character from an earlier time was brought into the present in End of Game.
This Gamora quickly disappeared after the Avengers’ final confrontation with Thanos, leaving Chris Pratt’s Peter Quill to search for his lost love who no longer remembers him.
A new behind-the-scenes image reveals Zoe Saldana in her full makeup and Gamora costume for the third and final Guardians of the Galaxy outing in the MCU.
This image gives fans their first look at Gamora’s costume for Flight. 3 outside of the footage shown at San Diego Comic-Con. Check it out below:
We have seen little of Saldana Flight. 3 Gamora looks in the few images from the film that have emerged so far. The image above was first shared by Zoe Saldana as part of a video shared to Instagram, giving fans a taste of what to expect from her upcoming MCU appearance.
Comic-Con footage from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 reportedly revealed that Gamora would be leading the Ravagers in the new movie and her outfit here, which is reminiscent of the Ravager outfit seen in previous ones Guardians movies, seems to confirm this.
Director James Gunn recently confirmed that Gamora will not appear in the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special for Disney Plus, so fans will have to wait Flight. 3 to learn more about Zoe Saldana’s deadly daughter, Thanos.
