Jesse Eisenberg has revealed he would welcome a return to DC to reprise the role of Lex Luthor, but he doesn’t expect that call.

In an interview after his speech, Jesse Eisenberg opened up about the possibility of a DC future as Lex Luthor, saying:
“I would be shocked if I found myself in a DC movie, but it would be a pleasant shock. Look, I’m not a fan of comics. For me, it wasn’t playing a role that I had imagined since the childhood. For me, it was a chance to play this great character that this great writer wrote, and I loved doing that. So playing it is a joy, and not playing it is not something that I’m going to be ashamed to talk to my kids, because it’s not an important genre in my life, even though I loved making this movie.”
Going on to explain if he would consider doing another superhero movie more generally, Eisenberg confirmed he would, saying “as an actor you do all kinds of different things, and sometimes big roles. appear in really commercial things and sometimes terrible roles show in independent films.
