Knights Of The Old Republic’ Remake 2024 Release Unlikely

The remake of the famous video game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic has already been delayed and may take even longer than some hope.

Before Disney bought Lucasfilm in 2012, the state of the star wars the franchise survived thanks to the release of George Lucas’ Prequel Trilogy, the Animated Series the clone wars, and many video games. One of these video games was Knights of the Old Republic, which became an instant favorite among fans, with many considering it one of the best, if not the best story told in the galaxy far, far away.

Last year it was announced that a remake of KOTOR was in the works of Aspyr Media. However, star wars fans recently received some unfortunate news – the remake has been delayed indefinitely, due to behind-the-scenes issues.

Fans hope the 2003 remake the game would arrive just in time for the 20th anniversary next year is also unlucky. In fact, it seems like 2024 is also unlikely given the ambitions and scope of the remake:
