The next 365 days are over: does Laura end up with Massimo or Nacho? Does Laura die?
Laura Biel, played by Anna-Maria Sieklucka, is the main character of the “365 Days” film series available on Netflix. In the first film, she is kidnapped by Sicilian crime lord Don Massimo Torricelli (Michele Morrone), who states that he will hold her captive for an entire year and attempt to make her fall in love with him during this time. Despite such a questionable start, Laura developed a genuine love for Massimo by the time the second film was shown, despite her hiding the fact that she was pregnant and had a miscarriage as a result. of an incident that was caused by his adversaries. She abandons Sicily with their gardener Nacho after coming to the mistaken conclusion that her boyfriend Massimo has been unfaithful to her (Simone Susinna).
Later, it turns out that Nacho is the offspring of one of Massimo’s adversaries, the same one who was behind the scheme that resulted in the loss of his child. Does Laura die?
No, Laura does not end up dying within “The Next 365 Days”. Unlike the last film, which was a real sex thriller, “The Next 365 Days” is classified as a romantic comedy, even if the erotic element is present throughout the film. It had been a while since Anna, Massimo’s ex-girlfriend, had shot Laura. The incident happened a few months ago. She emerged victorious from the ordeal, but the marks of it, whether bodily or emotional, are still visible on her. In Sicily, she begins to feel growing unease and realizes that her emotions towards her husband may not have been able to withstand the trauma. She spends a lot of time thinking about Nacho and the time they spent together on the paradise island. Eventually, she realizes she has feelings for the man.
Massimo is aware of what happened on the island, but he does not react in his characteristic aggressive manner. But he keeps pressuring Laura for answers about it, which inevitably leads to a heated argument between the two of them. After one of these fights, Laura finds herself having a sex dream about Nacho. She threw herself into her work while accompanying her friend Olga on a trip to Portugal. After some time, Laura discovers that Nacho is also present for the surfing competition. Her attempts to get away from him end up being in vain. After meeting Nacho and his sister at a club, she follows Nacho to his house and spends the night there. After Nacho assures her that being with him will never stop her from having a choice, the two kiss on the beach.
When Laura returns to the place where she stayed, Massimo is already waiting for her. They engage in another intense battle. After Massimo leaves, Laura goes to her parents’ house to spend the night. Meanwhile, Olga learns that Massimo knows about Laura’s affair and shares this information with her close friend. For this reason, Laura decides to return to Sicily. On the way back, she meets Nacho, who has come to see her despite the fact that he puts his life, as well as that of his father, in danger by entering Massimo’s territory. Nacho tries to convince Laura to choose him one more time, but she tells him she needs more time.
The film ends with a scenario that takes place on the beach. Laura confronts Massimo with the question of why he did nothing despite knowing that she had cheated on him. In his response, Massimo tells a story about something his father told him. If you really care about something, you’ll have to give up. If it comes back to you, you can keep it forever. If not, it was never legally yours to begin with. After that, Massimo asks Laura if she came back. The film comes to an end with Laura’s life still very uncertain.

In “The Next 365 Days”, who does Laura end up choosing? Massimo or Nacho?
At the start of the film, Laura and Massimo have another argument. Laura is alive and continuing to recover from the serious shooting that occurred at the end of the second film; yet, she doesn’t want Massimo to treat her like a baby.
In a later part of the story, Laura experiences a series of extremely vivid sexual nightmares about Nacho. She wakes up during one of them to find that she is actually having sex with Massimo, then she instantly shuts down, blaming her behavior on a hangover. After that, Massimo is convinced that she is hiding something from him, and so they break up for a while.
In Portugal, where Laura was on a working vacation, she met Nacho, and as fate would have it, the two ended up getting together and having sex on the beach. Nacho tells her that he loves her and wants to be with her, but he won’t force her to be with him because he doesn’t want to hurt her.
Almost immediately after this, Laura reveals to Massimo that she is about to file for divorce. She asks for some time apart to figure out how she’s feeling, so Massimo returns to Sicily and Laura goes to her parents’ house, where she admits she’s in love with “someone else”, also known as Nacho’s name. She says she needs space to understand how she feels.
At the end of the film, Olga tells Laura that Massimo is fully aware of everything that happened between her and Nacho. In response, Laura offers to travel to Sicily in order to have a conversation about their connection to Massimo. Nacho poses as his taxi driver by following Joe Goldberg’s lead and donning a basic baseball cap. He then drives her home, while reiterating his emotions for her and describing his ideal future with her.
Nacho responds to Laura’s statement that she needs more time by saying he will wait for her. Laura informs him that she needs more time. After that, Laura goes to the shore in an effort to locate Massimo. During their conversation, Massimo asks Laura, “Are you back, little girl? which serves as the film’s final line.
We never hear Laura’s response even though the camera follows them as they stand on the beach and stare at each other for a very long time.
He says he can’t forgive himself and reveals he’s known Nacho for a long time, but then explains a piece of advice his dad once gave him: “If you really like something, let it go.”
He continues: “If it comes back, it’s yours forever. If not, it was never meant to be.
Laura’s answer? “Your father was a wonderful father. And you will be too, one day.
The last words we hear are Massimo asking, “Are you back, little girl?” before the film ends with the couple gazing lovingly at each other on the beach.
And so, while we won’t quite hear a completely definitive answer to Massimo’s question, it’s very strongly implied that Laura chose to stay with her husband instead of running away with Nacho.

The next 365 days end of book: who does Laura end up with in the books?
The end of the book is very, very different from what viewers see in the movie. In the books, Massimo is an absolute villain and a lot worse than the character in the movies. Laura ends up divorcing.
It is revealed that Laura ended up with Nacho after escaping another abusive situation that ends with Massimo drugging her and trying to get her pregnant. Laura eventually manages to escape him by seducing him and leaving when he lets his guard down.
In the epilogue, Laura and Nacho end up getting engaged and having a daughter together.
