One of the best scenes from the first episode of She-Hulk was the fight between Jennifer and Bruce. We’ve all heard stories of sibling fights for ages, but Marvel just showed us the Hulk way of sibling fights.
Jennifer went green to put her brother aside
Bruce was asking Jennifer to stay with him until he was convinced she could control her transformation. He clung to the vehicle and asked Jennifer to listen to him immediately. Jennifer turned green and smashed our Hulk against the rocks.
Bruce controls his anger of the Hulk, but still fights back to show off his years of experience as the Hulk. It looked like Jennifer’s Hulk was dominating Bruce’s Hulk in the scene. It’s mainly because Bruce was holding his punches on her.
While Jennifer attacked, Bruce mostly fought defensively. The fight continued and Bruce got beaten up a bit by his sister. So, to let him know what he’s capable of, Hulk threw a thunderclap at him.
In the comics, it’s said that a full-powered thunderclap from the Hulk can even shake the multiverse. The biggest hurricanes will melt through the air with a loud thunderclap from the Hulk. He just gave Jennifer a little taste of it for letting her know about the potential of being a Hulk.
Jennifer had curiosities and she wanted to fight back with the same technique. So, she started making small continuous claps to create a low intensity shock wave that bothered the Hulk.
Finally, the fight ended when they both crashed atop Bruce’s beach bar. And Bruce expressed his frustration about it and asked Jennifer to work it out with him.
The Sweet Sibling episode ended with a mutual decision
Bruce agreed to let Jennifer follow her path and her decision. He asked Jennifer to come back to him whenever she needed help of any kind. They parted ways on good terms, and then the scene cuts to Jennifer, who was telling this story about how she became the Hulk.
