Orphan, released in 2009 was a mind-bending thriller with a plot that made people lose their minds. Like the prequel to the hit movie Orphan: first murder (2022) is currently a success, Isabelle Fuhrman, the actress playing Esther, reveals plans for Orphan 3 have already started.

Orphan 3 is likely to happen if the script is good
It goes without saying, but a good movie needs a better script especially when talking about sequels or prequels. Many major franchises have dropped to low ratings due to boring/repetitive themes or stories (*cough* Jurassic Park *cough*). But that was not the case for Orphan: first murder (2022).

With an average of 6.1/10 on IMDB and a Rotten Tomato score of 70%, the film has almost the same score as its predecessor. In an interview with Varietyhere’s what the actor had to say regarding the franchise’s potential for expansion.
“I don’t know. I know Alex Mace (the producer) has already talked to me about doing a third one. And if the script is good, and people like this one, why not? do that a lot. I don’t think we have to wait 13 years because I don’t think it will be possible in 13 years. When you’re in your 20s, you can still look younger if you step on a small stool or if kids are playing you from multiple angles. But I’d love the opportunity if it presented itself. I wouldn’t say no.
The actor’s response was in response to the question of whether we (the public) should wait 13 years to Orphan 3 to free.

Following an episode of Dr Phil in 2019, the actress received tons of messages from fans and her family. The episode featured Natalia Grace, a Ukrainian refugee adopted by the Barnett family and later disowned by them following allegations of being an adult sociopath disguised as a child.
The episode follows a close resemblance to that of Isabelle Fuhrman Orphan (2009) in which she turned out to be an adult sociopath disguised as a child. Orphan: first murder (2022) acts as a prequel to the first film and was released on August 19, 2022 in theaters worldwide.
