The portrait of Gwen Stacy by Bryce Dallas Howard in Spiderman 3 was pretty sweet, but it’s been over a decade since she’s played a role like that, and now she’s playing a much bolder character than Gwen Stacy. The 41-year-old actress plays Claire Dearing in the highly successful jurassic park movies since 2015, and she kills in all of them.
However, Howard’s acting skills aren’t the only area of practice she’s well versed in. The transition of the actress in these three jurassic park the movies have been nothing short of spectacular, as her character changes from a white-collar employee at a dinosaur park to a martial arts mom, and she emphasizes the martial arts part.

Bryce Dallas Howard wants more movies to use his knowledge of martial arts
In a recent interview, the lady in the water the star shares his thoughts on his upcoming spy thriller, Argyle, which also stars Henry Cavill. The actress also touched on her martial arts background in the interview, revealing that she also has some martial arts training.

Here’s what Bryce Dallas Howard has to say about his martial arts expertise and his desire to be recruited for more roles to put that skill to good use.
“I would love to, yeah. I just finished filming a Matthew Vaughn movie that had a ton of action. I was very, very, very excited about it because I have a background in martial arts . So I was like, ‘Okay, it only took 30 years, but that’s okay. I’m throwing a punch!’
We’d like to see her get more action screen time, a few kicks and punches here and there.

Claire Dearing’s character is getting more and more interesting
Claire Dearing’s character development over the course of the three novellas jurassic world movies was done in the blink of an eye. It also turns out that her character was supposed to get more into the action parts of the movie as the story progressed, and that was the original plan!

During the same interview, Howard revealed that Dearing was to become the martial arts mother she is in the Jurassic World Dominion, saying it was planned from the start-
“That was actually the plan all along, to be honest. [Director] Hake [Trevorrow] I understood that I really like to do physically difficult things, so I can imagine that he realized very early on that there would be no limits to his imagination in this regard and that I would be ready for anything.
We surely wouldn’t have expected Dearing to get so aggressive later on, given how restrained she was in Jurassic world.
Jurassic World Dominion will be available to stream on the Peacock streaming website from September 2, that’s a bit long.
