The happy parents of Paddy Nix Caleb Nix are Krista Chapman Nix; they welcomed him on February 25, 2000.
His father, Patrick, is a former quarterback for the Auburn Tigers and a seasoned high school and college football coach. Hence, the footballer’s father must have marked him as he followed in his footsteps to pursue a career in the sport. They also played for Auburn.
Patrick Nix, the father of Caleb Nix, is a successful high school football coach. And his success has landed him a new, high-paying position.
According to Jordan Hill of the Opelika-Auburn News, the Phenix City center will appoint Patrick Nix as their next head coach. Nix played at Pinson Valley the previous three seasons, helping the Indians to a 38-4 record. Nix also led them to Class 6A state victories in 2017 and 2018 while his quarterback son was on the team.
Patrick spent 16 years coaching at the college level before becoming a high school coach. At Jacksonville State, Samford, Georgia Tech, Miami and Charleston Southern he worked as an assistant. From 1999 to 2000, he served as the institution’s head coach for two seasons at Henderson State.
Nix is also blessed with three siblings. His brother Bo Nix is also a footballer and he has two sisters, Sara Nix and Emma Grace Davis.
On the other hand, Bo is married to Izzy Smoke, and the glaring wedding photos can be seen on social media.
