Willow Stanley is Jo Stanley’s daughter. She was born in 2009, but Jo and her husband, Darren, struggled because their child had a cleft palate at birth.
While the child was still pregnant, doctors had warned them that she might not be healthy. The couple nevertheless faced challenges and welcomed their daughter.
She was identified as having severe obstructive sleep apnea when she was six months old. It is a respiratory condition that occurs during sleep and causes breathing to stop and restart.
Jo revealed that at the time her baby was experiencing 40 episodes of oxygen deficiency per hour. She went on to say that her child, who has gone through many struggles since childhood, is a walking miracle.
Her cleft palate was also healed after they gave her many treatments. In 2022, she started high school and is now 13 years old.
Jo shared her worries about raising a teenager as a mother. She explained how she regularly talks about respecting her daughter in an article for House of Wellness.
She had previously admitted to being a bad mother in The Sydney Herald Morning. Willo, who was eight at the time, was described as charming, courteous and kind by her mother. She feared that if she didn’t change her parenting style, her child might become a lonely narcissist by the time he turned 20.

Career
On Clever, Temptation, Australia’s Brainiest Kid, The Panel, Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Thank God You’re Here, The Project, Studio 10 and Hughesy, We Have a Problem, Stanley has made guest appearances.
With Jodie J. Hill on Fox FM on Sunday nights, Stanley launched his radio career. Jodie & Jo, a very popular show on Fox FM, was later shifted to Jo and Jodie in the morning. Boob Tube, a comedy variety show produced by RMITV and shown on Melbourne’s community television channel Channel 31, was hosted by Stanley and Hill in the late 1990s.
Jodie & Jo joined Triple M in 2003 and hosted a radio show there called The Whole Shebang for the rest of the year.
Tracy Bartram left Fox FM’s breakfast program at the end of 2003 and Stanley took over. Matt Tilley, Craig Bennett and Adam Richard formed Matt, Jo and Benno with the Fabulous Adam Richard. It was renamed The Matt & Jo Show after Bennett left the show just a few months into 2003. When the program ended in November 2013, it had the most viewers of any breakfast show. lunch in Melbourne and had topped the FM share for more than 40 polls. (5 years). Prior to entering the radio industry, Stanley appeared live with Melbourne comic troupe The Toasted Marshmallows, later known as The Gorskys. Additionally, Stanley and Ryan Phelan co-hosted the Network Ten television show Yasmin’s Getting Married, which only lasted four episodes. Alongside Mikey Robins, Stanley also made an appearance on Seven Network’s Good as Gold, a show that explores various television genres from the past 50 years.
Stanley was chosen to present Weekend Breakfast in January 2014. Currently, every Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 9am, the show airs nationally on the Hit Network in Australia. During Gold 104.3’s breakfast with Lehmo in November 2015, Stanley was introduced as a replacement for Brigitte Duclos. Jo & Lehmo began on January 18, 2016. Her birth name is Bailey, but she changed it to avoid being confused with a fashion guru named Jo Silvagni (née Bailey) and a hairstylist named Joh Bailey. Her maiden name is Bailey. She performs under the stage name Stanley, although her real name is Darren McFarlane, which is her husband’s surname.
Stanley made the happy announcement that she and her husband were expecting their first child in August 2008. She finally became a mother in March 2009 to a baby girl.
His favorite team is Collingwood FC, which competes in the Australian Football League. She is a strong supporter of the club. She attended Monash University and graduated there with an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree, with a concentration in Theater and Theater Studies.
