Early life and education
Julia was raised as an only child in Ukraine by her Ukrainian mother who works in a post office and her German father who is a car salesman. She grew up watching movies and TV series with her mother and became interested in the film industry. Julia practiced acting at a local theater, but was encouraged by her teacher there as well as her friends to pursue a modeling career.
