After Ben Affleck’s Batman received so much acclaim and love, George Clooney declares his version of Batman to be the best. The role of Bruce Wayne has been passed down through many actors and film series. from Michael Keaton to Christian Bale and Robert Pattinson to Ben Affleck and George Clooney, the Dark Knight has had many faces and with it, many fans.
During a press conference with Mindy Kaling and Don Cheadle to open a new school aimed at germinating more potential filmmakers in Los Angeles, George Clooney said his version of Batman was far better than any other.
George Clooney casts a subtle shadow over Ben Affleck
While joking that people only see him as the best Batman ever, audiences burst into laughter with a response from Don Cheadle that George Clooney is simply the best Batman available. To which he replied;
“I mean, Ben Affleck, really? No, he has nothing against me.
It created an even bigger laugh in the audience as they reminisced about their role as Bruce Wayne in batman and robinwho was universally trolled for his infamous “Bat-Nipples”.

Batman through the century
After Adam West’s iconic portrayal of the Dark Knight in 1966, The Caped Crusader was played by Michael Keaton in 1989 and 1992 in Batman and Return of Batman respectively. After that, the role passed to Val Kilmer in 1995 with batman forever while Keaton refused to return as Batman. The character was then handed over to George Clooney in 1997 with Batman and Robin.
Soon after, a new era for Batman began when Christian Bale wore the cowl for his dark knight trilogy, making fans appreciate the character in a much bigger sense than before. Ben Affleck then chimed in with all three films which verbalized Batman fans towards a more comics-accurate version in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, Justice League, and Zack Snyder’s Justice League without the controversial murder part. Now the character has been reimagined with Robert Pattinson, returning to the investigative roots of the world’s greatest detective.

George Clooney’s Batman Was A Total Disappointment
With only 12% on Rotten Tomatoes and a 3.7/10 rating on IMDb, batman and robin, starring George Clooney as the title character, with Uma Thurman as Poison Ivy and Chris O’Donnell as Dick Grayson, the film was universally hated.
Despite being universally criticized, George Clooney took criticism like a true champion. While the actor has often said taking on the role was one of his biggest disappointments, it was still a unique and fun take on the Dark Knight that will forever be remembered.
