The couple’s residences are in Orange County, California and Salt Lake City, Utah, respectively. But according to the documents, “the true form and amount of the petitioner’s separate assets are to be determined at the time of trial or settlement.”
“The goods and duties that belong to society are minimal given the limited duration of marriage. Decisive is the prenuptial agreement in force since October 9, 2020.

David and Lesley’s relationship
David, 57, and Lesley first went public with their relationship in January 2018.
Shannon, 58, was said to have been “blindsided” by the relationship at the time because she and David had only ended their marriage of more than 17 years four months earlier, in September 2017.
Lesley, who has two children from a previous marriage and is 20 years younger than David, frequently shared photos of their encounters on Instagram.
She further gained media attention on November 9, 2019, when she shared a naked Instagram selfie of herself with David.
