Emma was raised alongside her three brothers Ty, Trevor and Tristan, and her sister Paulina in Los Angeles by their father and mother Janet Jones, who is a famous American actress – the children’s parents met in the show “Dance Fever”, and started dating two years later in 1987 after reuniting at a Los Angeles Lakers game.
They married on July 16, 1988 in a ceremony that reportedly cost Wayne more than $1 million.

Who is Wayne Gretzky?
Wayne Douglas Gretzky was born in Brantford, Ontario, Canada on January 26, 1961 – his zodiac sign is Aquarius and he holds Canadian citizenship. He played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for 20 years, changing teams only three times.
Wayne was raised alongside his sister Kim and brothers Brent, Glen and Keith, in Brantford by their father Walter Gretzky who was a hockey player and their mother Phyllis Leone who was a housewife – Wayne’s parents were married in 1960.
Wayne first skated before he was three and was taught by his father. at the age of six, he began playing for a team made up of children nearly twice his age. By the time he turned 10, he was playing for the Brantford Nadrofsky Steelers and had 378 goals and 139 assists. His family moved to Toronto when he was 14 to help him pursue his hockey career, and he later competed in the Metro Junior B Hockey League in 1975 and 1976.
He signed with the Indianapolis Racers in 1978 competing in the World Hockey Association (WHA), but at the end of the year the team went bankrupt and Wayne was sold to the Edmonton Oilers where he remained until 1988.
While playing for the Oilers in 1985, a new rule was introduced known as “Gretzky’s Rule” which stated that if two coincident penalties were called, neither team would lose a player, however, the rule was reversed in 1992. In 1988, Wayne was traded to the Los Angeles Kings where he remained until 1996, then played one season for the St. Louis Blues. After that, he signed a contract with the New York Rangers staying with them until 1999, officially retiring on April 18, 1999 after the Rangers lost to the Pittsburgh Penguins. Wayne later said, “My last game in New York was my greatest day in hockey… Everything you loved about the sport of hockey as a kid, driving to practice with mom and dad, driving to at the game with mom and dad, looking in the stands and seeing your mom, dad and friends, it all came together in that last game in New York.
Wayne is also a bit of an actor, as he appeared in the American soap opera “The Young and the Restless” in 1981 while he also appeared in a Russian film about the life of former Russian goalkeeper Vladislav Tretiak. He was a guest on the talk show “Saturday Night Live” in 1989, and also appeared in a single episode of the animated comedy series “The Simpsons.”
