Christian Bale Says Joining ‘Star Wars’ Would Be A ‘Delight’

Batman and Thor: Love and Thunder star Christian Bale would still love to be part of the star wars universe one day.

After putting on three movies as Batman for Christopher Nolan The Dark Knight TrilogyChristian Bale made his way to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, appearing in Thor: Love and Thunder like the evil Gorr the butcher god. Given what happened in Thor: Love and ThunderBale’s time in the MCU seems to be over already.

However, the Oscar winner has yet another great franchise he would love to join. In a conversation with The Hollywood ReporterChristian Bale has revealed he would be interested in joining a star wars future project:

“All I ever wanted in Star wars must have been in a Star wars held and bang my head against a door or something like I walked in. The real nerds who watched Star wars way too many times I’ve always heard of that scene where the Stormtrooper bangs his head against the door as he walks by. I wanted to be this dude. That was it. But look, if I’m lucky enough to be more than that, oh man, yeah. What fun that would be. I still have the numbers from when I was little. I also know Kathy Kennedy very well because she was working with Spielberg when I Empire of the Sunand now she leads the star wars universe.”

Could Bale reunite with Taika Waititi for his star wars Film?

Christian Bale almost appeared in Solo: A Star Wars Story, and we can say that he would have probably played the role of Tobias Beckett. Still, there will surely be another opportunity in the future. Bale particularly enjoys reuniting with directors he has worked with in the past, and since Taika Waititi has been developing a star wars his own movie, maybe Bale could join him in a galaxy far, far away.

Here is the synopsis of the ongoing Star Wars series, Andor:
