Ezra Miller Shoots The Flash Pickups As Film Continues Testing Positively

TheWrap reports that Ezra Miller recently shot a day of mics for his first cinematic solo outing as The Flash. The new scenes were filmed on Warner Bros. grounds, with the trade mentioning that the film tested “positively”. The report comes a month after Miller met with Warner Bros. executives. following a number of disturbing headlines, ranging from assaults to underage grooming allegations, which have created a public relations nightmare for the company behind the flash.

Earlier this year, Warner Bros. Discovery reportedly considered three different options for the flash, including the $200 million-plus film being scrapped or released with limited or no press starring Ezra Miller. Written by Geoff Johns and drawn by Andy Kuber, Breaking point drastically changed the status of the DC Comics Universe and led to the launch of the new 52 titles.

Besides Ezra Miller, the flash also features Michael Keaton and Ben Affleck as two distinct versions of Batman, Ron Livingston as Henry Allen, Maribel Verdú as Nora Allen, Kiersey Clemons as Iris West, Michael Shannon as General Zod, Antje Traue as Faora-Ul, and Sasha Calle as Supergirl. Saoirse-Monica Jackson, Rudy Mancuso and Luke Brandon Field are also on board in undisclosed roles.
