For the past two weeks, the internet has been littered with various rumors about the Man of Steel, aka Superman, returning to DC for good. But until now, these rumors have mostly been speculation without substantial evidence. So far, that is.
Henry Cavill has reportedly confirmed his return as Superman to the DCEU. God has finally answered every DC fan’s prayer, or more like Dwayne Johnson did.

Recently, a report from the host of marvel vision The podcast has confirmed that the rumors of Henry Cavill’s Superman reappearing on screens are indeed true.
The 2013 Zack Snyder movie, Steel man starring Cavill as Clark Kent would have its highly anticipated sequel.

In the past, only a mere possibility of a Steel man sequel had been suggested and that too had only surfaced through rumors. It was said to be called The man of tomorrowbut the rumors were quickly quashed as no notable progress regarding the film had taken place.
But now the prospect of a man of steel 2 which was once just a dream for fans, is apparently becoming a reality. And apart from the marvel vision the host, Devin Faraci, an inside source who is also a popular film critic, confirmed the same.

The Rock deserves credit for bringing Henry Cavill back to DC
Dwayne Johnson, also known as The Rock, is the one who managed to pull off Henry Cavill’s return to DC.
Devin Faraci mentioned the same saying that the main star of the upcoming film, black adamsupported Cavill and constantly fought for his rightful place in the DCEU. “[Johnson] went hard, full court-press on Warner Bros,” Faraci pointed out. “And made them go to Henry Cavill with a new deal saying they were going to develop a new Superman movie.”

The red notice The star had been loud and clear about her wish to bring Cavill back on social media platforms as well. He even hinted to fans much the same by saying that DC’s Power Hierarchy will soon change in a rather favorable way.
Johnson also teased fans about Cavill’s Superman return when he posted a photo of the two on his Instagram page a while back.
Not only did The Rock manage to win the English actor back into the DCEU, but he also managed to push for a Steel man sequel, which is nothing if not honorable. It’s like Faraci said, it was “All because The Rock insisted.”
Looks like it’s finally time for Cavill to pull the mighty cape out of the closet.
