Marvel Updates MCU Phase 5 & 6 Release Schedule
Last month, Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman confirmed their MCU debuts with the announcement of Dead Pool 3. The movie was supposed to release on September 6, 2024. Fans were super excited about the movie and were looking forward to the movie. But after the recent updates, fans might have to wait a bit longer.
Marvel has changed the release date of Blade, Deadpool 3, Fantastic Fourand Avengers: Secret Wars. There may be several reasons for this delay, but Mahershala Ali Blade would be the cause of these delays at this time.
The film faced several problems with its production, and recently the director of the film, Bassam Tariq, also left the project. It has also been reported that the storyline of Blade was also not finished and filming was also pushed to start in November this year.

Fans Are Glad Marvel Isn’t Rushing To Release The Movies
The delay may have caused fans to wait a little longer to see their favorite characters on screen, but they’re glad the studio isn’t rushing the movies.

It’s crazy programming, the future looks bright for the MCU

I agree with that. 2 Avengers movies released in the same year would have been way too much. I’m glad they leave a year gap between the movie, just like Infinity War and Endgame

Fans took to social media to support the decision saying it made sense to have a delay as it could have been a waste to develop all these movies in two years.

New release schedule for The Multiverse Saga in the MCU
At Mahershala Ali Bladewhich was scheduled for release on November 3, 2023, has been moved to September 6, 2024. Dead Pool 3 is also pushed back to November 8, 2024 from its earlier release date of September 6, 2024. The Fantastic Four is moved to February 14, 2025 from November 8, 2024.
The Fantastic Four is also one of the most anticipated films of the MCU. However, the studio seems to be struggling with the film’s casting. Wanda Vision director Matt Shakman will be direct the film.
And finally, Avengers: Secret Warswhich was previously scheduled to be released on November 7, 2025, will now be released on May 1, 2026. The studio is still looking for a director to Secret Wars.
The MCU’s Phase 4 has received a lot of criticism for its shows and movies. Considering this, Marvel may have decided to take its time with its future projects, as rushing into production could make it all happen again.
The final film of the MCU’s Phase 4, which is Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, is set to release on November 11, 2022.
