Before beating Luca Brecel 3-1 in 2010 World Open qualifying, he lost his first three professional matches, winning just one frame.
In the next round he was beaten by Martin Gould 0-3 and managed just one more win over the next six months. At the Welsh Open, where he beat Matthew Couch and Adrian Gunnell 4-2 and 4-0, respectively, he came closest to qualifying for a ranking tournament before falling to Nigel Bond 1-4.
Saengkham was demoted from the league after finishing his first season ranked 92nd in the world. During the 2011–12 season, Saengkham did not participate in professional snooker matches.
He dropped from Group G of the 2012 Red Six World Championship during the 2012-13 season, but Graeme Dott beat him 32, 5-6.
He received a wildcard for the 2013 World Open, where he was beaten by Mark Joyce 4-5. In April, he beat Pakistan’s Mohammad Majid Ali 6-5 in the pink final to win the ACBS Asian Under-21 Championship. Noppon was reinstated on the snooker tour for the 2013–14 season with the win.
Saengkham qualified for the 2013 Goldfields Australian Open after beating Andrew Pagett 5-3, Thanawat Thirapongpaiboon, Anthony McGill and Jamie Jones all 5-1 to make his first-ever appearance in the draw of a ranking event. In the first round he faced Stuart Bingham and lost 5-1.
As well as beating Tom Ford and Sean O’Sullivan, he qualified for the knockout stages of the UK Championships before falling to Shaun Murphy 6-2. Saengkham advanced to the second round of the Welsh Open and World Open but lost to Mark Allen and Mark Selby, who had previously won numerous ranked events.
Saengkham’s season ended when Vinnie Calabrese beat Saengkham 10-9 in the first qualifying round for the World Championship. He was 84th in the world at the end of the season.
